Know every tablet on your floor.
The hardware your staff work off belongs to the venue, not to a person. Every screen is on one register, and you can see when each one was last used.
- Registered to the group and to the venue it sits in
- Paired with a code that expires. No shared logins
- Last seen on every screen, and access killed in one click
Six characters, once, then never again.
Name the device, pick its venue, read the code onto the tablet. It works one time and dies after thirty minutes, so a code left on a whiteboard is worthless by the afternoon.
The device knows which venue it belongs to. That is why the till never asks a staff member to pick a location before taking a booking.
A four digit PIN, not a login.
A registered device locks after five idle minutes and opens on four digits. There is no unlock button, because the fourth digit submits, which matters when the other hand is holding a card machine.
The PIN of any staff member swaps the identity on the till, so the next sale is recorded against whoever actually made it. The device carries the venue. It never carries the permissions.
One list, and a kill switch.
What each device is, where it lives, and when it last checked in. A tablet that walks out of the building is revoked from here, and its PIN stops opening it immediately.
Questions we get on the first call.
- What counts as a device?
- Any tablet, kiosk or counter machine your staff work from. Each one is registered to the group and to the venue it sits in.
- What happens if one is lost?
- Revoke it from the register. Access stops immediately and the record stays, so you can still see what it was and when it last checked in.
- Do staff need their own logins on it?
- No, that is the point of registering the hardware. The device is trusted, and actions are still attributed in the audit log.
- Do you track lanes, rooms and machines too?
- Yes, but not here. Servicing, fault reporting and downtime for the physical assets you sell time on live in Maintenance. This register is the staff hardware.

Thirty minutes. We put your venue, your activities and your real numbers on the screen, and you decide from there.
