Sell more than the session.

Everything with a price sits in one place.
The session they book, the package it belongs to, the ticketed event, the gear they hire and the chips they eat after. One catalogue, one tax treatment, one place to change a price.
What is for sale, and where it shows up.
A collection is a page of your booking site. Drop activities, packages and events in and they appear. Leave one out and it does not. Staff-only collections let you sell something at the counter and over the phone without ever listing it publicly.
It is also the answer to the most common support question in venue software: the product exists, it is priced, it is active, and nobody can find it. In no collection means on no page.
Two modes, because a venue only needs two.
Most inventory systems make you model a warehouse. A venue has things it can run out of and things it cannot. That is the only choice we ask you to make.
Anything counted can be set to keep selling when it runs out, for the cases where you would rather take the order and sort it out behind the counter.
On hand is not the same as available.
Twenty-four cameras on the shelf at Bobra Lake. Two held by somebody in checkout right now. Six committed to bookings tonight. Available is sixteen, and sixteen is all the booking site is allowed to sell.
Counts move by receiving and adjusting, never by typing over the number. Every change leaves a movement behind it: what happened, who did it, what caused it.
Questions we get on the first call.
- Can these be added to a booking?
- Yes. Items go onto the order the booking already created, so the group settles once at the end.
- How does tax work?
- Each product points at a tax rate, and that rate carries whether it is inclusive or exclusive of the price shown.
- Is stock counting included?
- Yes, and it is opt-in per product. Not stocked means it simply has a price. Stocked means every receipt, sale, hire and correction writes a movement you can read back, stocktakes reconcile the count, and you choose whether it keeps selling or disappears when it runs out.
- Does every venue share the catalogue?
- Yes. Products and their prices belong to the group, so a platter costs the same wherever it is rung up. Session pricing is the part that varies, because activities carry their own prices and their own venues.
Put the whole catalogue in one place.
Thirty minutes. We put your venue, your activities and your real numbers on the screen, and you decide from there.
