Point of sale

Your till and your calendar stop arguing.

Ring up walk-ins, hire, food and merch on a terminal that already knows the booking standing in front of it.

  • Card, cash and gift cards on one terminal
  • Extras land on the booking that is already open
  • Takings match the calendar, not a second report
The register

Tap, tap, charge.

Categories down the side, everything you sell as tiles, the order building on the right. Stock shows on the tile, so nobody sells the last jersey twice. Tax is worked out per product, not bolted on at the end.

The part a normal till cannot do

Press Bookings and the counter becomes the calendar.

A family walks in at 4:20 on a Saturday and wants to play. The till shows the same grid your office is looking at, with exactly what is free right now. They are booked in seconds, not sent away.

This is the identical grid from the calendar, reading the identical availability engine. That is the whole point: the till physically cannot sell a lane the website is holding for someone in checkout, because there is only one answer to what is free.

Taking the money

Credits first, then cash or card.

Gift cards and store credit come off before a card is ever presented, so the number on the terminal is what they actually owe. Every payment lands on the order. Every order lands on the customer.

Already booked

Extras land on the booking they belong to.

They booked online, they arrive, they want a second session and a round of chips. Pull the booking up at the till and it all goes onto the order they already have, instead of a separate sale nobody can match up later.

Questions we get on the first call.

How are card payments processed?
Through Stripe, on your own account. Fees go to Stripe and we take no clip of the booking.
Can one order take two payment methods?
Yes. Part gift card, part card, part cash all land on the same order with each payment recorded separately.
Does a walk-in create a customer?
It can. Take the name and number at the counter and the sale attaches to a real customer record instead of an anonymous till receipt.
What about refunds?
Refunds are processed against the original order, and the order status re-derives itself when the total changes.

Close the day once.

Thirty minutes. We put your venue, your activities and your real numbers on the screen, and you decide from there.
