Customer portal

Stop answering the phone to move a booking.

They get an account on your domain, opened with a link instead of yet another password. Then they do the job your counter was doing for them.

  • No password. Your branding, your domain
  • Bookings, waivers, family members and reviews, all self-serve
  • A wallet holding gift card balance and store credit
What the customer opens

A ticket, not a confirmation email.

The day, the arrival time, where to go and the reference, on the phone they are already holding in the car park. Arrive by and Starts at are two different times, and showing both is why people turn up when you need them to.

No app. No password. A link by email or a short code by text signs them straight in.

Before you come

The jobs you would otherwise ring them about.

Waivers unsigned, spots unfilled, balance outstanding. Three lines that count themselves down, so they clear them at the kitchen table instead of at your counter with a queue behind them.

Every item is the same record your staff see. They tick one off and your grid changes with it.

Groups

Everyone pays for themselves.

The booker shares a link. Each guest claims a spot and pays their own share. Empty seats stay visible until somebody takes them, so a party of eight that is really six shows up days early, not on the night.

Every share sits against the same order, so paid and settled never drift apart. You chase nobody.

Money and loyalty

What they are owed, and what they have earned.

A cancelled booking comes back as credit instead of a refund argument. Gift cards sit in the same balance. Points move toward a reward they can see getting closer.

Questions we get on the first call.

Do customers need a password?
No. Login is a magic link sent to their email, so there is nothing to reset when they forget it.
Does it match our website?
Colours, logo and which sections are switched on are all configurable, and it runs on your own domain.
Can staff see what the customer sees?
Yes, there is a view-as-customer mode in the portal settings for exactly that.
What about group bookings?
The organiser shares an invitation link and each person joins, confirms and pays for themselves.
