Reporting

Know which ad sold the booking.

Not which ad got the click. Which ad got the money. The checkout, the phone line and the ad tracking are one system, so the number is already true.

  • Revenue by channel, live
  • Meta, TikTok and GA4 conversions tracked at the checkout
  • Phone enquiries counted next to the online bookings
The dashboard

The numbers a venue owner actually opens.

What came in, what settled, what is still owed, what it averages per booking. One venue or the whole group, on any range from today to the next ninety days.

No black boxes

Every number shows its working.

Tap the marker on any card and it tells you the query behind the figure. Not a tooltip explaining what revenue means. The actual rule: which rows it counted, which statuses it included, what it left out on purpose.

Venue owners are right not to trust dashboards. So when your accountant asks why the platform says $44,905 and the bank says something else, you answer in one sentence instead of exporting three spreadsheets.

Attribution

Which ad sold the booking, not which one got the click.

Every session carries its source, medium, campaign and the click ID from the ad platform itself, and keeps them all the way through to the booking that paid. The report shows revenue against the campaign, not traffic against it.

Click IDs, not just UTMs

A UTM can be stripped by a share or a redirect. The platform click ID survives it, which is why paid traffic still gets credited when someone pastes the link into a group chat.

Stripe never steals the sale

A customer sent to Stripe and back returns as a referral from Stripe, and most analytics happily credit the payment page with the booking. Payment and auth referrers are ignored on purpose, so the ad that did the work keeps the revenue.

Questions we get on the first call.

Do we need GA4 set up first?
No, but we can push conversions into GA4, Meta and TikTok if you are running paid.
Can we export the data?
Customers and bookings export to CSV, filters and all, with large exports running in the background. Your data stays yours if you ever leave.
How far back does it go?
From the day you go live, plus whatever history we migrate from your old system.
Who can see the numbers?
Role-based permissions decide what staff, managers and owners each see.

Stop guessing what filled the floor.
