Multi-venue

Open venue two. Set up almost nothing.

Each site keeps its own activities, prices, assets, staff and phone line. The group keeps one customer list and one set of numbers.

  • One account for the group, one location for each venue
  • Each site keeps its own activities, pricing, assets, staff and phone line
  • Group numbers on one chart, or drill into a single site
What you set up twice

Almost nothing, and that is the point.

A second site should not mean a second system. Prices, templates, automations and customers belong to the group. Only the genuinely physical things belong to the venue: hours, lanes, tills.

Anything in the left column can still be limited to particular venues when you want it to be. A discount can run at one site, a package can be sold at two, and a gift card can be redeemable everywhere.

One customer, not three

They are the same person at every site.

A family that visits Penrith in winter and Newcastle in summer is one record. One history, one wallet, one set of points. No duplicates to merge, and no list that emails the same household three times.

You can also see who travels between your sites, which is a segment most groups cannot build at all.

Every screen carries the same venue filter, defaulting to all of them. Colour follows the venue through the calendar, the dashboard and the charts.

Across the group

Every site on one chart.

Revenue, collected, outstanding and utilisation for the whole group, stacked by venue. You see which site is carrying the week without opening three dashboards and a spreadsheet.

Filter to one venue and every number on the page follows.

Who can see what

Access is per venue, and so is the role.

Tick the venues a person can reach. The same manager can hold full control at their own site and read-only access at another, because the permission group is assigned per venue, not per person.

Groups are yours to edit, not four fixed roles. Want one that can refund but not discount? Build it once and assign it wherever you like.

Questions we get on the first call.

Do venues have to sell the same things?
No. Activities, pricing and hours are set per venue, so two sites running completely different activities still sit under one group.
Is there a separate bill per site?
Pricing is per venue, but it is one relationship and one place to manage all of them.
Can a customer use a gift card at any venue?
Yes. Gift cards and store credit belong to the group, so a card sold at one site is redeemable at any of them, against the same balance.
What if we only have one venue today?
Nothing changes for you. The group layer is already there when you open the second one, which is the point.

Run the whole group from one place.

Thirty minutes. We put your venue, your activities and your real numbers on the screen, and you decide from there.
